This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between bdtlj and its users. By using the bdtlj website, mobile platform, or any related services, you are giving your consent to these terms.

To open an account and use services at bdtlj, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately. bdtlj is not liable for losses resulting from a compromised password.

Each user may have only one active account. The account is for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

When depositing or withdrawing funds, users must ensure the payment method used is registered in their own name. Using third-party payment methods is against bdtlj's policy.

3.1 Changing Account Information

If personal information needs to be changed, the user must contact the customer service team. bdtlj may require an additional verification process before allowing information to be updated.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bdtlj reserves the right to deduct applicable fees or close the account. Users will be notified in advance.

bdtlj supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Once a deposit is completed, the balance is generally updated instantly.
• Foreign currency transactions are not accepted; all transactions must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
• bdtlj may delay or decline a withdrawal request without further reason if KYC verification is incomplete.

4.3 Refund Policy

Deposits that have been successfully completed are generally non-refundable. If excess funds are deposited due to a technical error, bdtlj reserves the right to adjust the correct amount.

bdtlj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses have their own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The bdtlj welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳8,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same person, device, IP address, or household cannot claim a bonus more than once.
• bdtlj reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, bdtlj may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless specifically permitted.

All games on the bdtlj platform are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• bdtlj reserves the right to review and correct any results caused by a technical error.
• If a game session is affected by a loss of internet connection, the server record will be treated as final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting markets and odds are subject to constant change. bdtlj does not guarantee the accuracy of any match information, results, or odds.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a session is interrupted due to a technical issue, bdtlj will make a decision based on an appropriate review.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdtlj platform. If evidence of any such activity is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Claiming bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to influence game results through collusion with other users.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Helping minors open accounts or playing on their behalf.
• Using or distributing bdtlj's intellectual property without permission.

bdtlj is not obligated to pay compensation exceeding the actual loss suffered by the user under any circumstances.

bdtlj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Legal obligations or directives from a regulatory authority.
• KYC verification has not been completed.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time through customer service. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed (excluding bonus balance if wagering requirements have not been met).

bdtlj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified in advance through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to the revised terms, they may close their account.
